The Ultradhenu Quality Protocol

From raw billets to finished TMT bars, nails, and wire, our manufacturing process is governed by a multi-stage QA framework to ensure structural integrity and code compliance.

Stage 01

Raw Material Inspection

We verify the chemical composition and mechanical properties of incoming steel billets and wire rods to ensure only premium feedstock enters production.

Stage 02

In-Process Checks

Continuous monitoring during rolling and drawing maintains precise sectional weight, rib consistency, and dimensional accuracy across every batch.

Stage 03

Advanced Testing

Online and offline testing for tensile strength, yield stress, elongation, and 180° bend tests ensures compliance with IS:1786 standards.

Stage 04

Heat-Wise Traceability

Full systematic traceability is maintained via heat numbers, allowing us to track the quality history of every bar from melt to bundle.

Stage 05

Final bundling & Tagging

Finished products receive an ISI marking and are bundled with specific batch tags indicating length, size, and total weight before shipping.

Stage 06

NABL Lab Verification

Beyond internal checks, we conduct periodic third-party testing at NABL-accredited labs to independently validate our quality results.

Reinforcing Trust Through Transparency

We invite builders and contractors to request test certificates for any batch. Ultradhenu Steels stands by the metallurgical superiority of our TMT, nails, and wire products.
